FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is a important topic to hire someone, but in some challenges the "worth of services" is more important than the "price of services". But to answer this question, I think I have a reasonable & fair price. We can meet each other and try to get an harmonic balance between $$$ & Satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the New Customer show me his/her scope of service; thoughts; wishes; blue prints... and explain to me all the topics "in loco". Second We define together when I shall start the projects and the period I can start to work, e.g. How many hours per day? If is possible work on holiday & weekends? Third We define the terms of payments and delivery. Well, others details of labor and/or material we can talk each other during the things are happening... day by day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work with carpentry production but at the same time I managed my occupation/ my Job & my Business... so I use every day all my knowledge that I got in my degree in General Business Administration; Post-graduate in Production Engineering and other Technical courses.
