We had an HE error code in our 2-year-old LG dishwasher. We had bad luck with LG warranty services after multiple calls and waiting several weeks for them to show up, they did not want to do the job, although the instrument was still under full warranty. I called M-service via Thumbtack. Vitor called me back right away. He was in our house within 24 hrs. He isolated the problem to be a faulty wire connector. Fixed it on the first visit, the error code is resolved, and the problem with drying is solved. I thank him for his professionalism, responsiveness, and value. I would highly recommend him to my friends.
