We do offer discounts to qualifying customers as well as flexible payments options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first contact happens online or phone, then we proceed for a consultation visit to see the job details. After the visit, I provide a quote and potential project timeline. Once the customer approves the quote, we move to the constract and 30% deposit. Finally we schedule the job, material and vendor selection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Finance from Bentley University, an MBA from Boston University, and advanced engineering training from the United States Army.
