They did a fantastic job with building a retaining wall. Lucas was very responsive throughout the process and I’m very happy with the end result and the quality of service provided. His crew was very efficient and respectful.

My wife and I are new homeowners, and finding a contractor the old fashioned way was proving to be very difficult, and the few contractors we spoke to were giving us totally unreasonable quotes. We're fans of Thumbtack already, but especially Triple Beam Carpentry & Remodeling. They charged a fair price and were very communicative throughout the whole process, from discussing the quote, prep work, keeping us posted on the work when we went out of town for the duration of the work, and the finished product. We're very pleased we chose to work with Triple Beam; enough so that we're asking them to work with us on a larger project after the snow clears.

Lucas and his team were outstanding from start to finish. The completed project was better than expected and done very well. These guys worked extremely hard and were all professional neat and helpful. I will use them for all future projects at my home without question!

I was doing a DIY project in my bathroom, but my schedule changed and I wasn't able to complete it. Lucas was able to come super quickly to check out the work (including a half-tiled shower and some bumpy areas of drywall) and said his team would be able to finish it within days. He was so flexible with his schedule and with my goal to keep costs low, and was also super communicative with the plan for different members of his crew to come out. I couldn't recommend them enough; so happy with the finished product! I'll definitely keep Lucas in mind for my next home project!

Lucas, and the Triple Beam team, did a wonderful job renovating our condo/apartment. The job included both a bathroom and kitchen remodel. Lucas is very responsive and communicates well, in an honest and straightforward fashion. When we hit a couple of snags with inspections, Lucas was professional and timely in his ability to communicate with me and to solve the problems. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts to qualifying customers as well as flexible payments options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first contact happens online or phone, then we proceed for a consultation visit to see the job details. After the visit, I provide a quote and potential project timeline. Once the customer approves the quote, we move to the constract and 30% deposit. Finally we schedule the job, material and vendor selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Finance from Bentley University, an MBA from Boston University, and advanced engineering training from the United States Army.
