- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by taking the time to understand the customer’s vision and exactly what they want to accomplish. From there, we create a clear plan and break the project into phases so they always know what to expect and what work is being completed at each stage. Once the scope is finalized, we’ll review the pricing and timeline with them before any work begins. Throughout the project, we document our progress with photos and keep customers informed every step of the way. After the job is complete, we follow up to make sure they are happy with the results and are always available if any adjustments or touch-ups are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 50 years of combined hands-on experience in construction, framing, carpentry, drywall, decks, and home remodeling. We stay up to date with current building practices and focus on doing every job safely and to a high standard.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for custom decorative framing pieces as meaningful gifts for family members, to general contractors needing framing services for large-scale projects such as multi-story residential buildings. We take pride in bringing each customer’s vision to life and approach every job with the same level of care and attention to detail. No project is too small or too large for Aiko.
