Introduction

In past years, I was heavily involved with performing arts including dance and theater, but later learned my desire for designing interior and exterior environments both residential and commercial spaces. Through the past six years I've developed my skill set further in Construction Project Management and Owner Representation. Along with working on building a business I'm working towards LEED AP BD+C accreditation along with obtaining my real estate license. Specialties: AutoCad 2010;2011, Adobe Illustrator CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS5, SketchUp, Microsoft Vista Programs, Hand Rendering, Computer Rendering, International Building Codes, ADA Guidelines, Material Selection, Color Theory, Presentation Drawings and Layout, Construction Drawings, Conceptual Design, 3D model building, Marketing, Sales, Scheduling Ordering and Deliveries, Project Management An intriguing aspect of the A/C/E industry is the constant change that requires infinite learning.
