I am a retired general contractor that used to own a construction company that built large custom homes on Cape Cod. Approximately 13 years ago I moved to Florida and when it came time to do a total renovation on a house in the Boston area, for my daughter and her family, I soon found out that unfortunately all of my old contacts had also retired or were no longer available, so I took a chance, looked for some quotes on Thumbtack and a couple of other sites and got a number of responses. One of those that responded was Fernando Teixeira of Andrade Plastering. I had Fernando come take a look at the project, spoke with him about what I expected and took a chance and gave him the job. I can honestly say that it was one of the most pleasant surprises that I have had while doing this project. Fernando turned out to be friendly, knowledgeable, honest and I would put his work up against any other plasters that I have used in the past and that even includes those that I used on houses that I have done worth millions of dollars. He was on time, on budget, very easy to work with and a pleasure to do business with. Do yourself a favor and give Fernando an opportunity to do a job for you, you will not be disappointed!

Fernando and his crew did a great job!!! I had a couple of textured ceilings and skylights that we wanted skimmed out to be flat. The job came out great and their attention to detail was first class. They always covered the trim with plastic and kept the working areas clean and very professional looking. I own a small construction company and I am familiar with the trades and I will definitely be using him going forward.

We hired Fernando and his crew to do probably a couple thousand sq ft of blueboard and plaster. They did quality work, showed up when they said they would and stayed exactly on the quote he provided at the beginning. I would certainly hire them again.
