I have to say that service has deteriorated since I started using BRI. They were superb at the beginning, proactive and responsive but over the past 12 months, I find that there is no attention to detail or follow up. I have followed up with my property manager a couple of times asking for more information and my requests seem to go to the wayside. 6 weeks later, I’m still waiting for information. This is certainly not my usual experience with BRI and I hope it’s not setting a trend moving forward.
