FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept cash, check, credit, Pay Pal Financing, etc... My pricing is fair, honest, and competitive. Hourly or project based pricing is available. When it comes to supporting the electrical service needs of your home/ family or business, I urge you to choose beyond the "cheapest" electrician that you can find. Choose a PROFESSIONAL who is well versed in current state and national electrical code. Choose a licensed electrician who is experienced, thorough, and dedicated to SAFETY and precision. Dealing with electricity is dangerous--choose someone that you can trust-- choose the BEST electrician that you can find. In fact, look no further. Discounts are available for clergy, veterans and seniors who are return customers. Discounts are available on your future electrical needs after your referrals procure my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can schedule a free phone or video/virtual estimate with me so that I can provide an accurate project cost and meet you via video before you choose me as your electrician. I ask questions about the customer's needs and project vision. I listen carefully and ask clarifying questions. I explain the realm of possibilities and corresponding prices. We discuss a timeline, I draft up an estimate/quote. Potential customers can decide whether to procure my services and they receive an appointment confirmation from me.
