FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the scope of work, materials, accessibility, and time needed to complete the job safely and professionally. We provide clear estimates and explain what is included, along with any applicable fees or exclusions. If the scope changes or we uncover an unexpected issue, we discuss the additional work and cost with you before proceeding. Our goal is fair, transparent pricing backed by quality workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing what you need, your goals, and your preferred timeline. Depending on the project, we may request photos or arrange a site visit to assess the work. We then provide a clear estimate outlining the scope and pricing. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, keep you informed throughout the project, and finish by testing our work, cleaning the work area, and answering your questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Massachusetts Master Electrician license and a Connecticut E-2 Electrical Journeyman license, and I have completed OSHA 10 safety training. My background includes hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and experience as an electrical foreman and project manager. I’ve worked on residential and commercial projects, including service upgrades, new construction, renovations, knob-and-tube remediation, and electrical connections for heating and cooling equipment.
