They were supper responsive and had availability to do my fall clean up when I needed them. Though I have never had this kind of work done before, I thought the price was fair. The clean up was done quickly and efficiently and the yard looked great. I will hire them again for spring clean up.

Fantastic experience with this company from start to finish! I just needed a bunch of old cardboard boxes cleaned out of my garage and Mert showed up on time and equipped to get the job done! Very pleasant to speak with as well. He's focused and driven and will work with you to meet your needs. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

My experience with Mert from Green Essence was fantastic! From the moment I met him he had great customer service- offering ideas and explaining when to maintain bushes, trim branches, etc. Excellent job completing fall cleanup and trimming. Also, he had a very hard worker who didn’t stop! I will definitely hire him back and I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees. We are transparent in our pricing. The typical process would be reviewing pictures of the work & giving an estimate.
Regarding lawn care, we offer discounted rates for weekly accounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So far we have no complaints and have had great experiences working with the clients here on Thumbtack. We typically follow up leads within an hour and give a rough estimate depending on the scope of the project. We request a couple clear photos of the area where work needs to be done. If there is additional services that are in need we will look over it in person and talk about pricing. Once the job is complete we will have our client take a look, and make sure they are satisfied with our service!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience doing work for properties in the New England area but are continuing to learn something new everyday!
