- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, prices are standard. I charge $60 for on-site or $40 if client will travel to me. Make-up application includes the strip lashes, there is an extra $5 charge for individual lashes. There is a $25 travel fee for sites exceeding 20 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I will receive a request for service. I then communicate with the customer and get more information on the event and the type of service needed. Finally, I arrange a time and place to meet on the day of event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Cosmetology School, am licensed, and have been doing make-up for over a year. I also have a BS in Business Management.
