Richard is the best. We’ve had a few issues with our furnace over the years, which eventually led to us needing a new one. Richard was able to come see us the day after we reached out and was able to get a new furnace installed with a few days. He’s very knowledgeable and walks you through what the issue is and exactly how he’s going to fix it. He’s upfront about costs/repairs and is someone you can trust to fix any hvac issues you have. 10/10 service.

Rich actually arrived a few minutes early, and was happy to take on the challenge of running some fresh thermostat wire despite how tight the space was, and only made one very small (and easily concealed) hole for the whole thing! I'd definitely use him again for a larger job if the need arose.
