About as knowledgeable as they get. Have used his services twice now and I will never make the mistake of using another company for HVAC needs. Another company came in before him and completely screwed up my system and tried to charge me a fortune for “repairs” I didn’t even need and tried to tell me I needed to spend $1000 plus on parts, labor and new thermostats just to get the system to turn on. Nordic Comfort came the next day, fixed everything the other company had screwed up, reinstalled my old Nest thermostats and got the AC working again in less than an hour. And for a fraction of the price the other guys had tried to charge me. They know their stuff and they’re honest, reliable and efficient.
