- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new customer begins with a consultation and on-site inspection. We visit the property, take precise measurements, discuss your preferences, and help you choose the best solution in terms of window door type, materials, and budget. After that, we prepare a detailed and transparent estimate with no hidden costs. Once everything is approved, we sign the agreement, order the materials, and schedule a convenient installation date. On installation day, our team performs professional installation in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes. After completion, we review the work together with the customer to ensure everything meets expectations and that you are fully satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been installing windows and doors for 6 years, and our work is certified by Marvin, Andersen, and Harvey. We install all types of windows and doors, of any size and complexity. We work with both American-style windows and European tilt-and-turn systems, and we install windows and doors in both commercial properties and private homes.
