- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our projects by the project - not by the hour. Clients appreciate knowing what they'll pay up front and receiving that same number on their invoice. Our fees always include any necessary revisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before a project begins, we start by listening to our clients. We offer free consultations where we want communication to be open and easy. We will go over their needs and vision for a project, answer any questions, provide solutions for success, and discuss service options. Close communication will be kept through the life of the project and we only require a 50% deposit to start.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a conversation with the people you're thinking of hiring. How responsive are they? How well do they listen? How nice are they? They should get A+s in each of these categories. If they're not blowing your mind when they're trying to get your project, imagine how they'll be months down the road after they've got it.
