FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a premium contractor and not the lowest bidder. Some home owners call and expect us to compete with unlicensed handymen. In this business the saying: "quality work is not cheap and cheap work is not quality" is the truth. Most home owners who choose the lowest price end up regretting their decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to first talk on the phone to make sure the project fits well with our skill set, that we have time to take on the project & deadline, and confirm there is an appropriate budget for the project. Next step is to meet the homeowner in person to discuss the project in more detail, get the necessary information to create an estimate, and see if we feel comfortable working with the each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our GC, Mike C, is a licensed General Contractor with over 10 years experience in construction. Our Project Manager, Richard C, has over 15 years experience in business managing projects and customer relationships.
