Samir is excellent! He is very responsive, professional, and kind. He first came out for a same-day call for a broken dishwasher. He arrived on time and was very efficient at diagnosing the problem. He gave me the option to repair or replace. Given the age and quality of the dishwasher and the expected cost of repair, I decided to replace it. He then helped me to prepare the dishwasher for removal and made an appointment to return for installation of my new dishwasher. The night before installation day he checked in again. And the day of delivery he checked in about the delivery window. He arrived shortly after delivery to install my new dishwasher. An added bonus is that my dog loved him (and she is very picky about people). Don't hesitate to hire Samir!

Samir was straightforward and persistent in identifying and resolving my issue with my Thermador range. The stove top igniters were malfunctioning.
