I am a healthcare worker and I had to be at work early morning during the snowstorm and this team came early and cleared out all the snow so I can get to work on time and safely. They did a great job and they were fast.

I had good interactions on payment methods, correspondence, performance on tasks needing to be formed on this big snow service cleanup. They had a full equipped workforce with plow truck, snow blower and a strong staff of snow-shovers.
They all were responsive to my concerns. I would hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based off of the size of the job, preparation time and condition of the project. If the customer provides the materials we will offer a discount. Our prices are reasonable and negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we discuss the job over the phone or in the messenger we can come to see the home in person and take note of the details. Up to 24 hours after the consultation we will follow-up through email and provide an accurate quote for your project..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with a Home Improvement Contracting license and an EPA lead-safe certification.
