So far Ben has been a great communicator. He's responsive and showed up for estimate as promised. We just scheduled a recurring service. So I can't speak to work quality yet, but can provide a status update in the upcoming weeks.

Ben showed up on time to do the estimate. He was thorough, listened to our questions, and answered them thoughtfully. We decided to hire him because we trusted that he understood our needs. He was very fast in responding over text as well. Great communication on the day of the job. Showed up when he said he would show, and did a great job. We are hiring him for regular service.
