- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important to me that we build a plan that is individualized for your specific scenario to assist you to obtain the success you are looking for. After our discovery session I will build that plan and we will review to ensure you understand the goals and outcomes to expect based on your needs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often start with a discovery session. This helps you get to know me, my style and help me understand your needs. It gives us an opportunity to have an open honest discussion about expectations and I will be able to show you how I can help risk free to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified life and career coach with a Ph.D in Human Centered Computing focus on Human Psychology and impact of our technical world.
