The movers called ahead for a slightly earlier arrival time. Best part was, the window of expectation was very tight and met! Items wrapped carefully and placed in the spots I wanted them in. Would definitely recommend them to friends!

First of all I want to say that I moved 6 times. 4 times used the moving companies (negative experience), the last two times I moved by myself. Friends advised Esquire moving. The best experience ever. Absolutely all the furniture was packed. There are absolutely no barriers for these guys. The dresser didn’t fit - the door was removed, the sofa didn’t fit- hosting on the 3rd floor through the window! I definitely recommend this company!

Best price & best turnaround time (just over two days for Boston to Columbus). Nothing was broken or damaged. Would definitely use again!
They're a nice and professional company. I went into this expecting that things would go wrong (it's a move after all), and some small things did (they unnecessarily removed the door and took an hour to put it back, and my delivery time was pushed to the evening), but all the important things were right. They communicated well about any changes, and the final price was exactly as quoted.
tldr: Their price was significantly lower than other moving companies; and my stuff arrived quickly and without a scratch -- what more could you want?

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly rates with no hidden fees, based upon a 15-minute incremental price policy contingent upon the number of movers needed for your move. Our hourly rate includes movers, all-equipped trucks, fuel, tolls, mileage, and basic insurance coverage. In addition, the packing supplies for your furniture protection are absolutely free of charge. Please note that we have a 3-hour minimum charge policy for all moves.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The number of movers designated for your move will be determined by Esquire Moving and will be based upon the size of your dwelling, number of rooms, and availability. Fewer movers will require more time to move your belongings, while more movers will expedite the process. Either circumstance will reflect similar rates with little to no difference on your final bill.
Example (small 1 bedroom apartment with living room):
2 movers x 4-5 hrs. (@$115/hr.) = $460.00 – $575.00
3 movers x 3-3.5 hrs. (@165/hr.) = $495.00 – $577.00
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every new employee going through training in our warehouse for a week before he will be able to go the job assisting you with your relocation project.
