I have rates for both single session training and package rates for those looking to commit to long-term training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a client consultation where I obtain a medical history, discuss goals, and perform some movement screening and postural assessments. The screening includes the FMS, as well as select mobility/flexibility screens.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience as an Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach working in collegiate athletics. I also owned a health club and have worked as a personal trainer for almost 20 years. I have a BS in Athletic Training and an M.Ed with a focus in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine.
