Arctic Appliance was very responsive and were able to come by to identify the problem the day I contacted them. They reached out as soon as parts were available and came back to fix the issue. A day after they fixed the problem, something still wasn't right, so they promptly came back to reassess the problem. Another part was needed and again, they were very responsive and prompt to fix the issue. I highly recommend their services.

Great job overall by these folks. I would call on them if there ever was an appliance related problem. My convection Gas range / oven had trouble heating in bake/roast setting. They fixed it and it’s working fine now. I think their price was fair and they were very professional. Excellent! Thanks Arctic Appliance.
