I had a broken garbage disposal that needed to be replaced, and working with Smart Home Services through Thumbtack was a really good experience. Aslan was super easy to work with from the beginning. We handled most of the discussion over text. I sent him some pictures, a video, answered a few questions, and he was able to figure out exactly what was needed without charging me for an initial diagnostic visit. That already saved me time and money. He was friendly, professional, and very honest throughout the whole process. He suggested a Badger InSinkErator model that would fit my existing plumbing setup so there would not be extra plumbing work or added costs. What I really appreciated was that while he was at Home Depot, he FaceTimed me and showed me two disposal options so I could pick the one I wanted. The installation went smoothly, the price was very fair, and everything works great now. I would definitely recommend Aslan and Smart Home Services to anyone looking for reliable appliances related services, and I will absolutely call him again for my own future needs.
