Introduction: I provide one-on-one coaching for creatives. The main areas are focusing, achieving purpose, and having accountability within their creative life. I talk people through their plans and setting of goals, ask them questions to get to the core of what they want to do with their art and their life, and provide support and accountability. These are important as the creative lifestyle generally does not have these things built into it. I've spent many years self-studying neuroscience, habits, and happiness and how they all mix together. I've used these findings to set guidelines and shape my own creative life.My process is built around three large steps that are important to success: absorb, do, and reflect. The right balance and proper use of each is vital and differs for everybody depending on their current situation.
