He came out to look at the job; went up on the roof, told me what the issue was, and told me about another issue that he saw. He took pictures with his phone and showed them to me. His quote, knowing the problems, was lower than another one I had gotten earlier from a roofer who did not go up on the roof.

We hired Watertown Roofing to fix our gutter which were in bad shape. Matt and team done great job. They were quick and where possible they tried to save existing structure to save us money. The end result looks great and we are very happy with the overall experience. We will use them again for other projects in the near future.

Very prompt, very professional. Excellent explanation of the problems and what needed to be done, accompanied by pictures. Didn’t rate on work quality because that is hard to judge until after a stretch of bad weather. :-) ... certainly seemed of high quality from the pictures.
