- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation is free and there is no charge for onsite water testing. TrueWaterQuality is not always the least expensive option but given the fact that we install American made products with super high attention to detail we provide a far greater value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For customers on Well water we always begin with onsite free water testing and collect samples to send to independent lab for analysis. With the results of water testing we can suggest alternatives. For customers on town water we start by looking at the town's water report to determine what solution is best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified by the Water Quality Association. Spent 5 years working in an Environmental Water Testing Lab.
