Roger was a pleasure to work with and is an expert installer. He was very professional and thoroughly communicative during the entire process of installing our reverse osmosis water filtration system. He presented us with options, described the entire process, and was generous with his time. His installation was extremely clean and he took the time to explain how to change filters and what to look out for in case something went wrong. He coached us through the options for type of countertop faucet and size of the system in case you want more capacity. His price was reasonable given the time involved to run lines to the counter faucet and the refrigerator (ice-maker and in-door water system). Look no further if you are looking for a competent, professional and honest water filtration installer! He's the one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation is free and there is no charge for onsite water testing. TrueWaterQuality is not always the least expensive option but given the fact that we install American made products with super high attention to detail we provide a far greater value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For customers on Well water we always begin with onsite free water testing and collect samples to send to independent lab for analysis. With the results of water testing we can suggest alternatives. For customers on town water we start by looking at the town's water report to determine what solution is best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified by the Water Quality Association. Spent 5 years working in an Environmental Water Testing Lab.
