- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always do everything I can to give all my clients the best price, we always talk something that fits everyone’s budge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet all my new clients in person before we start the job. We give them a free estimate and show them some of my past jobs. I always work on what is better for my clients, on time, date, phone call or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked years with big painting companies, like certa pro and pro group in Boston area.
