Introduction: I offer cooking classes at your place or mine, depending on where you live. Private or full classes are taught for 1 to 10 people. I live in the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, but I go to NYC once a month as well. Price depends on the amount of students and class hours. You arrange the group, if you like. I also do skype and phone lessons! I am a cookbook author, with 20 years experience in teaching, including Culinary Institute of America and Culinary Institute of Education in Manhattan.
