I am TIPS Certified and have a ServSafe Certificate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a paralegal for many years and my boss turned 80 a year ago and started winding down his practice. As I was already in the industry doing liquor promotions, I began bartending to supplement my income.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Set up/Break down of bar. Create new drinks for the menu. Keep the bar stocked with liquor/beer, glasses, garnishes, mixers.
