- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the service the customer needs, for example, if they need to change or add a light, I already have a fixed price of $65 and I already take the necessary material, so the customer won't have any surprises at the end of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to pay a visit to the client where I analyze the service to be performed, explain exactly how the service will be performed and give the price, so I decide with the client and I get started. There is no charge for my visit if the customer wants to complete the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as an electrician and have been working in the field for two years.
