- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Management fees are usually a percentage of property income. This percentage varies based on property type, number of units, and market rents. We are transparent with our quoting process, and can even offer flat-rate solutions in some circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are able to onboard new customers and their properties within a week. This allows us to begin offering our management services immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management team has decades of real estate management experience, and several of our team members own income property of their own.
