Justin showed up on time, introduced himself, and walked through how he was going to diagnose and eventually repair an electrical failure! We had 4 outlets not working. Eventually, Justin determined there was a failed connected in a "j box" which was hidden inside the wall. He located it, cut into the wall, and found exactly where the box was without any unnecessary cutting. He fixed the failed connection (showing us why it failed previously), reassembled the "J box," and then checked the other connections in the "j box" and fixed them as well without additional charge. I cannot recommend him strongly enough. I will be reaching out for other projects in the future. Thank you, Justin!!!
