I contacted Prestige on short notice in need of some “urgent” help landscaping my property. I say urgent because I started a huge project not knowing what I got into, and needed to get things turned around within budget and before my wife got back the next evening. They were incredibly responsive when I contacted them, and were able to line up a crew on a Saturday evening to come do the job first thing the next morning Sunday. They showed up with everything and were at it by 7:30am and, before I knew it was not even 2pm and the whole front of the property was transformed. They were reasonable on price and stuck to their original quote without any surprises. Overall I’m very pleased with the value and quality of the work, especially on short notice. I will be certainly be using them again.

If I could give Pietro and his company 6 stars- I would do so without hesitation! The man is amazing- got me out of a tough spot with a dishonest renovation contractor, and was able to fill my vacancy with top notch renters when another realtor had let it sit vacant for months. He is hard working, available,responsive,and a total breath of fresh air in the real estate/ property management field. As I have told him- I wish you could be cloned and your clones fill all businesses. :) with the same work ethic and honesty.

I am reviewing as a rental property owner. I started a relationship with Nexus Property Management with 1 rental property and I am currently at 9 units and climbing. I am an out of state owner and there is no way I could feel comfortable about the care of my rental properties if it weren't for all of the professional people at Nexus Property Management. They cover everything: investment property purchases, management, leasing, and maintenance. And almost all correspondence, bills, money contributions, and maintenance requests can be made through their online Nexus Portal. Having Nexus property Management managing my properties takes all the worries out of rental property ownership. And the time I save allows me to focus on other investment opportunities and that, helps me buy more investment rental property!

Skyline realty has provided exceptional service in managing our historic brownstone in Charlestown. Skyline staff members are extremely professional, efficient and accomodating. They do an amazing job with property maintenance including snow removal, landscaping and cosmetic enhancements. Their online portal allows for seamless bill pay and easy accessibility. I love working with the Skyline team. They make my life a whole lot easier!!!

Steve Hornsby was very helpful in the transition process...going from developer management to a professional property manager. It was hard making the decision to give control over to an outside party but in working with Steve we feel it was the right thing to do. Steve is knowledgeable, caring, and confident in what he does. Ted and Lauren at ECMD have been managing property for us for almost 3 years. It has been a pleasure working with them as they combine an institutional background with a personal touch in everything they do. It is rare to find a property manager with as much integrity as ECMD. They are forthright, honest and extremely hard working. Ted has done a great job leasing units at our building and pushing rents to new levels, while Lauren is a wiz when it comes to accounting, back office operations and logistics. The books every month are tight and every cent can be tracked. For a property 10-75 units, ECMD offers the best value proposition in the market and maybe even more importantly, they are great people. We would highly recommend ECMD for both residential and commercial property management in the Boston area.
