Working with JMA Plumbing was an outstanding experience from start to finish. When I reached out for help, Jamal responded immediately and arrived at my home very quickly his promptness alone made a strong first impression. The quality of his work was truly exceptional. He explained the most practical way to fix my plumbing issue without tearing down the ceiling, which I appreciated greatly as a senior on a fixed income. His professionalism stood out the entire time: he was polite, he listened, and he treated my situation with honesty and respect. Jamal takes real pride in his craft. Everything he removed, he replaced properly, and he cleaned up thoroughly after the messy parts of the job. He had to work through the ceiling, but like a surgeon, he made only a small opening and skillfully threaded new pipe, removed the old parts, replaced the valves, and brought a 25‑year‑old system up to date. The way he closed the ceiling afterward was remarkable neat, seamless, and looking like it had always been part of the house. If I ever need plumbing services again, Jamal will be the first person I call. And if you’re a senior or on a fixed income, I strongly recommend giving him a chance to provide a FREE estimate "unlike many corporate plumbing companies that charge you just to look at the job" . JMA Plumbing delivers skill, honesty, value, and true professionalism. Highly recommended.

Working with Jamal was great. I reached out early in the morning about replacing a leaking shower head and got an immediate response. He arrived at my house on time, completed the job well within the estimated time and did great work. I would highly recommend hiring him to anyone needing work done!

I contacted Jamal at JMA Plumbing regarding a slow drain in one of my bathrooms. I didn't really think it was going to be a big deal and was astonished by the severity of the problem. Jamal showed me that my (old) pipes were filled with dirt. In the end, he spent 4+ hours cleaning and replacing some of the pipes and charged a fair price for the work. He cleaned up the work site very well. He also was punctual and communicated about a slight delay.

First of all, communication with him is incredibly easy, he responds within seconds and saves you a lot of time when making decisions. Second, his diagnosis of plumbing issues is accurate, and he explains the options and costs very clearly. He is extremely fair in his pricing and transparent throughout the process.
