I recommend Vill Santos' company, Top Quality Remodeling. Our condo building's roof and deck replacement went smoothly and the end result looks great! Vill Santos is very responsive and well-versed about Boston's permitting requirements. Also, it was clear that our roofer, Marcos, takes a lot of pride in his work, which speaks to me. Every member of Top Quality Remodeling's team was prompt, hardworking, friendly and courteous. Any questions or issues along the way were addressed, and Vill has made sure the three owners in our association were completely happy with all the work done.

I hired Perfection Home Improvement to renovate our bathroom, refinish our hardwood flooring, painting and do some plumbing work for me. Vill was very friendly and honest with me during the process. He stuck to his original estimate when he gave me the bill. His employees were professional and I felt comfortable having them in and out of my home during the renovation process. I would highly recommend Perfection Home Improvement for any home improvement job. They are a highly skilled and professional group.

This is the best construction company we have ever used. They are very talented, fair priced, clean and on time and budget. They did our master bathroom, a lot of complex tile work, painting, staining and our back deck. In about 6 -9 months we are having them do our addition. We are very pleased with their workmanship and highly recommend them.

Terrific! Vill and his team finished my 1200 SF basement with wetbar, play room, media room and bathroom. He and his team were diligent, efficient, and did an exceptional job. The basement looks amazing - I highly recommend Top Quality.
