From start to finish, I was very happy with my experience! Very transparent during the consultation/quoting process. Responsive & friendly/professional. I have never replaced, nor purchased carpet before! He (I want to say his name is Mike, but my memory is terrible when it comes to names) provided me options and explained the differences in quality/price. He made this process easy for me. Not only that he removed and installed carpet on my 13 steps in under an hour and cleaned up after themselves! The price was great in my eyes and worth every penny! If you need flooring work…. don’t hesitate to give them a try!

Did an amazing job covering a stone landing and steps with carpet in our sun room. Previous owner put an addition on the back of our house but left the outdoor stairs, and getting them replaced is not currently in our budget. Work was done promptly and at a fair price. We’re so happy with the end results. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always charge fair prices for a good quality service. You will sometimes find better prices, but that can lead to poor quality services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give new customers a 10% OFF if the first contact was through our website. If the customer likes the estimate, we ask for a 50% deposit in order to secure the job and for material purchase. The other 50% is paid after the job is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have plenty of experience working for big companies in the Boston region.
