- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of service, and the level of cleaning required. We provide transparent, upfront quotes with no hidden fees. While you may find cheaper options, our pricing reflects our experience, quality of work, and the fact that we are fully insured—giving our customers peace of mind and consistent, reliable results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an initial conversation to understand the client’s needs, space, and expectations. We may request photos or schedule a free estimate to provide an accurate quote. Once the service is scheduled, we arrive on time with all necessary supplies and complete the cleaning thoroughly and efficiently. After the service, we follow up to ensure the client is satisfied and adjust future cleanings as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and years of experience in the cleaning industry since 2015. Over time, I’ve developed strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safe use of products and equipment, and efficient methods for residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning. Continuous learning through on-the-job experience and industry best practices allows me to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
