Our chimney needed repointing, and we got quotes from a number of different contractors. We chose to go with Top rank because they had competitive rates and also were more honest about some of the aspects of the process than other contractors. John was very responsive to our questions throughout the process. We're pleased with the work and the team was also professional and easy to work with.
