Emily's Voice Studio

Note: all lessons are in Stuttgart, Germany or online now. I absolutely love teaching because I love helping my students overcome their obstacles! I have helped students gain entry into auditioned choirs, get into music programs, and have leading roles in their school plays. That is why I am passionate about teaching-- it is an incredible experience to hear a student develop their natural abilities and achieve goals they never thought possible. I teach beginners to advanced professionals. In addition to teaching for 13 years, there are two main ways that my teaching stands out from the rest. The first is that I am currently a busy full-time performer of contemporary music, opera, early music, choral music, music theatre, and jazz. I'm putting my skills into practice and believe that a certain level of fearlessness is in valuable in my singing and I also strive to pass this on to my students. In the past year, I've performed and auditioned all over Germany, London, Ireland, and NY, and I am able to provide career coaching as well. Perhaps most important, as a promise to a previous teacher of mine who did this for me, I am a guide outside of the time limits of our lessons. Consider me someone that you can call on to help you and assist you anytime. If you live outside of Stuttgart, lessons are ONLINE by Skype. Most of my studio is online and this is a very convenient way to bring lessons to your home.*** I absolutely love that teaching allows me to pass on the skills and invaluable information that have passed down to me!
