Our water heater failed and we had guest coming in 5 hours. Allan was there picked up a new water heater, installed it and removed the old one. Unfortunately the next the controller of the new water heater from HD failed. Alan got there diagnosed the problem got the replacement part. Great service

They were okay. Same day work but I think they over charge. There were two guys. One initially said 450 and then the other said 600. This was for For a small leak in a kitchen sink. They changed the water line to the faucet from the basement up and then forgot to add the gasket for the faucet.
