We highly recommend Brian at RestorePro! We discovered water leaking from our basement ceiling and couldn’t identify where the water was coming from. Brian responded to our service call right away and showed up the same day.
He was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. In less than 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and narrowed down the possible sources of the leak. Thankfully, the water was not coming from the roof or windows — it turned out to be caused by a broken refrigerator copper line.

Brian came on time as agreed, was so personable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and while the issue looks like its a roof/chimney issue I couldn't have been more pleased with the responsiveness, thorough inspection and guidance on next steps. I would absolutely contact them again if I had an issue and hire them in a minute.
We called RestorePro after discovering a leak in our triple-decker that caused damage in all three units. Within an hour of us reaching out, they had someone on site setting up drying equipment and explaining the process and options to us. German was incredibly responsive and helpful. Once the drying phase was complete, he transferred us over to Nathan for the restoration/rebuild phase. They were professional, did high quality work, and incredibly communicative. I hope you never need water remediation/restoration work at your house, but if you do, RestorePro has your back.

It depends upon the project. Each project would be led by a project manager and lead technician. Customer service and communication is at the forefront of our project management.

We are certified in Water,Damage, Mold remediation, Sewage cleanup, and Fire damage. We have experienced restoration professionals and perform on average about 500 jobs per year. We do this stuff every day and we strive to get better and better each time.
