We treat every service request with a sense of urgency to ensure all of our customers have an outstanding overall service experience. Our rate of $139 covers the trip and labor fees. The only additional cost will be for parts if any are needed. If for any reason the repair becomes time consuming, you won't have to worry about extra charges. If we have to order parts, there will be no additional charges for the return visit. After I moved into my condo, I noticed that my refrigerator was not operating very well. Food was constantly thawing no matter how much I tried to adjust the temperatures.
I called Certified Appliance Care and Lucas was there the same week. Within minutes he determined that there was an issue with the "adaptive defrost control" circuit board. He was able to provide and install the replacement part the same day and the problem was fixed!
Lucas was very nice and super professional. I will call him anytime I have issues with any of my appliances in the future. He has experience working on every brand, including all of the new "high-tech" stuff so there is literally nothing he can't fix!
