Tara came the day after I called and was there as planned. He was very professional and worked quickly and and professionally. He diagnosed my LG front loader washer and found a surprise fault, which impressed me. He was willing to use my provided parts at no extra charge, which is highly unusual for a repair person in any field. Really nice person to do business with. Just plane liked him all around. Hire him when you need an appliance repair. 5 stars.

I was literally LOST waking up to my newer washer NOT wanting to balance!!!! After my two year old was just VERY sick, and had PILES & PILES of laundry! I reached out on here “thumb tack”…. And got a ton of responses, everyone was booked for days….. then I got a message from Tara @ RAI appliance repair LLC. He came SAME day, diagnosed & fixed it!!! Tara was SO professional and had the parts on hand!! I can’t thank him enough for just simply being “him”….he made MY life that much easier!!!
