How did you get started doing this type of work?
A love for automobiles, motor cycles, race cars and more since childhood has led me here and kept me here happily for over 25 years and still going strong!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service many check engine lights and brake replacements are pretty common. We normally are working on a multitude of things, such as anything from an oil change to a full motor replacement and everything in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look in the shop, talk to the employees and ask all the questions you need to. You have to ask yourself if this is the place I want working on my car and are these the people I want to work with throughout the repair process? If you think the price is to much, get a second opinion.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We have everything displayed for our customer's, all licenses, hourly rates, insurance and more! We answer all of your questions until you are satisfied as well as explain them so you understand them fully. We work with our customer's from start to finish and make sure they leave knowledgeable and satisfied.
