When a new customer calls I introduce myself and set up a time for measurement and at the measurement I will give you prices and ideas of what different avenues you can go I'll even take the time to go and you and pick up Carpet if that's what you need me to do our objective is to me this is painless and successfully positive as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was in my teens my friend got me a job at a local Carpet store at first it was just for summer help but before I knew it I was in my mid-thirties going out on my own to start doing different trades and now I've started my own company 3 years ago and all the trades that I worked over the years to come in handy but my main objection is to do as many card for jobs as possible and the best method available the way I was taught everything gets stretched carpet on the stairs closets bedrooms always everything has to be stretched out of the structure not just need kick for the kicker
