Luciano did an excellent job on this project. He was prompt and stayed on schedule with his original estimate. His pricing was very reasonable for the quality of workmanship. The deck came out better than we could have imagined and will be enjoyed for many years.

We chose Luciano’s company from an online search because the decks on his website were beautiful but we really didn’t know what to expect. Boy, we’re we impressed! We already had a bid from a local highly regarded contractor for an average rectangular deck. But, when Luciano came he suggested a far superior design with an octagonal overlook area, better materials, and a better price! He also provided a very straight forward and detailed contract so we knew exactly what we would owe and when and there were no surprises. Luciano is a true perfectionist! Every board was cut precisely and the construction was flawless. Hire Luciano if you want very high quality work. He was very easy to communicate with as he always answered my texts. He is also a very nice person and is someone whom we felt very comfortable working with and would hire again .

FANTASTIC service. Super communicative. VERY fast turnaround time! Gave quote in a text message with CLEAR & distinct pricing (i.e. adding posts in concrete costs "x" amount...rails cost "y" amount...Pricing held true (a rarity in the contractor world!)...Luciano Radke was unbelievably easy to work with as it relates to putting up our Home Depot bought materials (some other contractors couldn't be bothered)...even mapped out EXACTLY which materials we were missing and what we needed to purchase to complete job.
We first spoke on Thursday morning about job...He showed up on job site on Friday morning to survey the materials...We advised that we needed this completed by a noon inspection for Tuesday...He came by Monday morning and by the afternoon, he had completed the work in under 5 hours (finished EARLY and even came BACK to pick up his payment on MY schedule...WOW!)
Could not be happier with his pricing and attentiveness to detail.
You're missing out if you do NOT hire him for your job. Take a look at the work in the photos! Total quality job.
