Jahwil did an exceptional job rewiring and cleaning up our basement electrical work. Within a short period of time he was able to easily assess the issues upon arriving on the job site and install upgraded GFI outlets as well as new junction boxes which consolidated the wiring system and cleaned up the look of the basement in preparation for painting the ceilings black. I was really impressed with his work and he was very responsive and easy to work with, and I will definitely be hiring for more projects in the near future. Five out of five.

Jay asked questions before he came to find out the cause of the problem. He has a good knowledge of all aspects of building construction that allows him to come up with the best solution. Jay was on the mark as soon as he saw the piping work done earlier.

The issue was a leak from the flat roof of a condo. Neither the snow cleaners or the two visits by our roofers had fixed the roof leak that came after a heavy snowstorm. We needed someone like Jay who knew what to do.
