- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is currently quite flexible and I'm happy to try and work with everyone's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information about the couple and their plans for their shoot/wedding so I can make sure we can get a good feel for each other and ensure we're a good fit. If we vibe I like to send through a contract and initial invoice for a retainer and then the date is secured. The balance is due prior to the shoot/wedding date. After the shoot I like to send through 5-10 preview images within 48 hours so that you have something small while you wait for the remaining edits. All edits are completed and delivered within 3 weeks (usually less!) via an online gallery with a download link.
