I recently hired Pinwheel Properties for a drainage project involving rerouting our downspouts away from the house. Despite the complexity of the job, which involved navigating a maze of underground electrical and internet lines, their team handled the situation with utmost professionalism. The presence of numerous sprinkler lines added to the complexity, and although a few were accidentally cut, they were promptly and efficiently repaired by the crew. They even went the extra mile by installing a small French drain to ensure a thorough solution. As of now, we haven’t had enough rain to fully test the new drainage and slope modifications, but I remain optimistic about the effectiveness of their work. While the project wasn’t without its minor issues, the expertise and careful work of Pinwheel Properties left me very satisfied. Highly recommended for those who need skilled and careful handling of complex landscaping issues.

Pinwheel was very communicative and arrived each time they said they would. However, they needed a lot of direction and reminders about things. We walked the property with them before mulching the yard showing them weeds vs flowers. They pulled the flowers we said were not weeds. They kept cutting our sea grass every week despite multiple texts/photos with conversation to leave it alone. We showed them exactly where to weed each week and they left it undone. After a stern text message about what we were wanting vs what they are producing - they quit via a professional text message noting staffing issues.
